28/07/2026 Part M Specifications categories updated as M4.
26/07/2026 Solid Ground Floor DPM thickness, additional options
Solid Ground Floor Specifications now give option for thicker DPM, if required by Building Control for Gas/Radon or Site Conditions.
02/06/2026 - 14/07/2026 Sopratherm/Soprema (previously Celotex), Product / Brand name changes.
Specifications and Detail Drawings updated with Sopratherm/Soprema/Celotex Brand & Product name changes.
The change has affected many Specifications and Detail Drawing within both Domestic/Residential and Commercial sections. Within most of the relevant specifications, we've retained the reference to the original brand/name as there is still much of the product in circulation with the old brand/name and some still being supplied as such.
Note that some Soprema products have retained the original individual product name e.g. Thermaclass
